Welcime to Rustic Rise! Some of you know me, some don’t… Thought it’d be friendly to introduce myself. I’m Cassy Barfield, owner of Rustic Rise Sourdough Microbakery.  Together with my beau Corey,  I am a  cottage food operator (meaning my bakery is in my home kitchen), here in Chattanooga, TN. It’s a joy baking authentic, naturally leveaned sourdough, feeding my community real, nutritious bread and bringing value to the community.  We provide fresh baked to order sourdough bread and products, deliver them to your door (at no additional cost) within the Greater Chattanooga TN area!
